Torrential downpours wont keep Boston ladies away from new clothes! Our second annual Swapaholics Fashion Week Sip and Swap opened to a sold-out crowd at the Microsoft NERD Center last week. Before filling our bags with new additions to our wardrobes, we had a mega fun tweetup and relaxed in our Fashion Startup Lounge, with demonstrations from OpenRunway.com, Spreedia.com, 9Tailors.com, and StyleSha.re, four Boston-based fashion startups founded by women while Magners and VitaCoco kept us well hydrated. Then, in true Swapaholics style, we hit up the photo booth and strut our stuff on the runway (which we’ll save for tomorrow).
